why do act this way? (3)
In the book, you notice different patterns and mannerisms that certain characters have. For example, Bella, who we later discover will be the love of Edwards life, is shy and somewhat timid, which you would find rare considering shes from such a big sunny open state. Her father is a quite man due the fact he lives with only himself since Bella's mother left him and Bella hasn't visited as often. Edward aside from he obvious is always in a raging war between himself and his vampire instincts. He fights with himself to not become the monster that dwells within him. After Bella and Edward come together and realize they have a love that is more powerful than the both of them. Edward learns to control himself and Bella opens her heart t someone and something new.
puzzled or confused? (2)
In the beginning chapters when we meet our main characters, if you don't know anything about the book, it might be confusing to you as to why some of the character act or react the way they do to certain situations or atmospheres. It could make you feel uncomfortable they way they use the details so help you visualize and feel the distress illuminating off of Edward, 1 of the few main characters. Edward is a vampire stuck in a world full of humans and opportunity to kill them, but he dosen't want to a monster so he refrains, him and his "family" keeping to themselves no generally socializing with the other students they walk amongst.
what i like and what i hate (1)

For my independent reading project, I picked a book I knew I Would like but could also relate back to the motorcycle diaries. I chose to read twilight. I had already had some previous knowledge and back ground information on the book so i knew what to expect. I loved the book the very second I opened it and began to read. In the first few chapters it gives you so much detail and incite into your characters as you meet them, describes every comment they make and facial expression. You actually feel like your there having the conversations or looking into that persons eyes.

Peru DO NOW
Monday, March 9, 2009

Che was meant to do great things. Even though he only started out as an aspiring doctor, he ended up being a voice, an icon, the voice of the young and suppressed Latin America. I'm sure he hadn't intended to be what he had end up becoming. Though some wouldn't consider this extraordinary man a hero or anything more than a commisnt robot, Fidels understudy, I look him at him differently.
